Number 11 is a three bedroom house with its own pool. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the upper floor master bedroom has a huge king sized bed . There are fantastic views over Ferradura Beach. The kitchen has a 4 burner cooker, oven and fridge/freezer. It is very tastefully furnished and has patio furniture and BBQ as well. It also has a TV, coffee maker and a safe. There is ample parking. |

Number 11 is available during the low season (Mar-Oct excluding Brazilian public holidays) for US$1,750 per week. During high season (Nov-Feb excluding Christmas, New Year and Carnival) for US$2,800 per week. During Christmas, New Year and Carnival the rate is US$3,900 per week. You can additionally rent the Suites in Number 12 for US$250/$930/$1300 each per week. Longer term rental are negotiable. |

| Number 12 is a two betwoom house next door to number 11 and can be rented separately or together if addiitional rooms are required. It has been split into two self contained units with their own entrances. They each have a double bed and a double sofa bed, en-suite bathrooms and a kitchenette with electric ring and fridge. There is patio furniture, TV, coffee maker and a safe. There is ample parking. |
