Carnival and Public Holidays	Carnival is the busiest time in Buzios. Bookings can only be taken for a minimum of 5 days from the day before the official Carnival dates shown below. Nearest Beach	Just 150 metres from the Pousada, the quiet cove at Ferradurinha is the perfect place to unwind. It's ideal for children and is good for snorkling. If you like surfing or prefer a long wide expanse of sand, Geriba Beach is just a little further on. During the high season, bands play on Geriba beach most evenings. Boa Vida II houses are set on the hillside above the wide expanse of Ferradura Beach.
Getting to downtown Buzios	Downtown Buzios is a short (~US$7) taxi ride away.
Other Information	Because the Pousada and Boa Vida II houses are located on hillsides, we cannot recommend them for people with mobility problems.
